Anyway, decided not to go with Penuma after much research. I want to thank all the men here who informed/warned me about that procedure. I have a consultation coming up with Dr. Solomon in PA. He supposed to be able to do great things for Girth with minimally invasive (mostly) methods. I am more concerned with Girth anyway, so this seems like a great fit for me. He uses some kind of grafting, but his techniques are supposed to be one of a kind and he has great reviews. Does anyone have any personal experience with him? Or can anyone tell me a little bit more about what kind of results I can expect? I would appreciate any kind of feedback. His website says 50% more Girth to Flaccid and 30% more to Erect. The price point is higher than what I would like (almost 18 grand)! So if I would go through with it I want to make sure I'm getting a legit result. 50% mlre Flaccid and 30% more Erect would be great, of the results live up to that. Hence why I'd live to hear from guys who know more or have had personal experience or know other guys who have.
