After lig release my penis will pretty much accommodate any direction or position I want. It does not feel unstable at all. It's just way more flexible in my opinion. I think EQ might be a bigger reason for instability. I'm very active (cycling, running, weights) and eat healthy so I think that goes a long way. Rosenthal did my procedure as well.
