The only bummer is all the restaurants are closed so, there is not much to do out side. Im taking a taxi and walking back over the border, hoping thats not a mistake so Ill let you all know how that goes. It was free except the $20 tip i gave him. Left the hotel at 11 and back in the states by 12. Your results may vary. Everything is up and running smoothly at Avanti. There's a few extra safety protocols but nothing too invasive. The border crossing coming here was as easy as it usually is -- just rode across. I guess they had checks set up as you were leaving the USA earlier on but they're gone now. It seems as if only people with US citizenship are being allowed to cross, so if you don't have a US passport you may want to come another time. For those from the US coming now is as good a time as any. I left my car at long term parking at the border which was kinda expensive, $72 for 3 days. They have uber down there which Ian tells me is the way to go and makes the most sence. Thats what ill do for round 2.
