Healing is going well. Still swelling towards the tip, although that's greatly reduced. So, I wrap during daily activities. Morning erections have come back, and they are painful...lol. Bruising on my thighs was horrible, but that has improved a lot.
As far as the scar goes, it was supposed to be 1-2", but ended up at about 2.75". Looked horrible, but has gotten tons better in just these two weeks.
There was a lot of pain. Mainly thighs and abdomen. It wasn't until those slacked off some that I felt pain in the penis. Skin is sensitive and it feels bruised, but that too is getting better.
Erection size... I was 6.25" long and about 5" around on a good day. If I skipped my excercises a week or so, I'd drop to about 4.8" around, so I used that as my base. Now, I'm still about 6.5" long. I haven't done stretching yet, due to pain and everything. Just light stuff to help condition. At the mid shaft where I'm not swollen, I am 6.25" around. I'm sure that will drop a little once I start stretching, but if I hang on to 6", I'll be ecstatic.
Stitches are beginning to dissolve. Everything is finally starting to loosen up and feel a little better, although it definitely still hurts.

As far as results, I've lost most of what I think I will lose. It looks a lot smaller to me, but I think because I'm getting used to it. Mid shaft, I just barely touch 6" Girth Erect. Which is honestly where I want to be. Hoping I pick some more up when i get back to daily PE.
Excercises... well, I'm slacking. It hurts still. Lol. I'm doing manual stretches. Hanging is painful. They sent me a noose style kit, and I lost my bib Hanger in my last move. I'm pumping in the tub under hot water. Super light vacuum. My old bathmate does not accommodate my Girth well. The new one they gave me has plenty of room, but it covers my scar area, and that is a little sensitive under vacuum.
Overall, he told me I would not truly appreciate his work for 3 months. Well, my veins are showing closer to the surface now, the hard swelling spots are dissipating, and it looks a lot more natural. Aside from the small part of swelling in the Foreskin. And I am getting used to it. I plan on Hanging routines and general PE for a year. If I can't maintain the Girth, i will likely go back for some filler later.

The worst pain I had was my thighs after the procedure, and where everything was tight under the incision. Unit pain is annoying, mostly. If not uncomfortable. But not intolerable.

Results... well, FFT wasn't for me, I suppose. I've lost almost all the girth I gained. It sucks. Been in talks with morgenstern, and I am debating on going back for filler towards the end of this year. I want to hang more before I go.
Overall, I gained less than .25" girth. A lot of flaccid length. And maybe .25-.50" erect length.
I'm a little

I'm a littlebroken over the girth loss. I was really happy with it up until the end of the second month. Then I started losing fast. Not sure why. They say it is really unusual for someone to lose that much. So, I'll weigh my next options, and proceed from there.
Gaining length is highly elusive, especially erect. Despite some disappointments, I'd say coming out net positive, especially with length, is remarkable.
As for fast fat loss, it may very well be due to vascularization. First few days after implantation, successful blood flow to the tissue is paramount and sometimes that isn't always achieved. This is also true for dermal graft matrices that often constrict after implantation due to poor blood supply.
