I am contemplating a second trip for touch ups and a bit more Girth, but am concerned about the pig in a blanket effect of a large Girth and a smaller glans. When I was there for my procedure, i asked Ian about the glans enhancement that they offer. He mentioned that they take a small amount of HA and inject it around the Corona to make it more pronounced. It does not actually increase the size of the glans. Is there anything out there that will help increase the size that is proven? Will larger amounts of HA work or is anything in the glans basically a no no because of the structure? Any advice would be appreciated! Perhaps somebody will back me up but from everything I've read, you're correct. There really is only a little bit that can be done. I remember one member wasn't a fan for awhile because it muted sensation with minimal gains (it did come back though). If there was a legit option with decent gains I'd be interested myself. Ian told me after my last session it would put me at the proportional limit when Flaccid and almost 5 weeks out, I'd say he's correct (when it's completely, totally Flaccid and slightly retracted). I'm personally not concerned but still... Would be nice to avoid that look if there was an option... I tried this for about 1-2 hrs a day and saw results. Everyone is different. What works for me may not work for others. The problem with glans enhancement is that the area being enlarged also happens to present the most risks anatomically, hence why we're limited to HA. As suggested in this thread, manual PE exercise techniques like Clamping, and edging/ballooning can temporarily give your glans a circumferential boost. I know in my conversations with Avanti Derma & Morganstern Rejuvall, if any viable method (outside the only one available) presents itself as an efficacious alternative, it will definitely be considered. .
