 Two Articles discussing Ellanse, which was originally marketed as a temporary filler, appears to last a considerably long, while also yielding amazing results akin to PMMA.

Both have been authored by (the now retired) Dr. Casavantes of Avanti Derma, and many regard him as the Godfather of Modern Injectable Girth Enhancement (i.e. male phalloplasty).
