I have also thought about developing a similar technique but with priapus shots. I will be getting my lig-cut in December and will start a rigorous Hanging, pumping and extending regimen and every 6-7 months I will getting a priapos shot. To help heal the trauma that my unite will be going through also making a Hanger based off bullsnakes blueprints but mine will be more focused towards the base and middle of the shaft. Also I have some traces of blood when I hang coming out my urethra. I had this issue before and never seemed to be serious. But now I'm also feeling like maybe I did too much.
